Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, with vineyards spanning both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate is now led by Grégory Georger, who continues the family tradition with meticulous care. The winery remains dedicated to the traditional Méthode Champenoise, employing hand-harvesting, gentle pressing, and fermentation, as well as hand-riddling to ensure the highest quality.
