PARIGOT & RICHARD — is the oldest Cremant producer. Since 1907 they have ensured the continuity of precise, artisanal work, passed on from generation to generation.
The appelacion of Cremant de Bourgogne was created in 1975 with the help of Parigot family. In 2002 Gregory Georger takes over the winery and continues the family tradition.

The vineyards are situated on the prestigious Côte d’Or slopes (clay-limestone soils).
