About producer: Parigot & Richard has been a prominent producer of Crémant de Bourgogne for five generations, specializing exclusively in these exquisite sparkling wines. Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, with vineyards spanning both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate is now led by Grégory Georger, who continues the family tradition with meticulous care. The winery remains dedicated to the traditional Méthode Champenoise, employing hand-harvesting, gentle pressing, and fermentation, as well as hand-riddling to ensure the highest quality. Parigot & Richard’s commitment to these time-honored techniques results in Crémants that are refined, elegant, and distinctly reflective of their Burgundy origins.
About wine: This Blanc de Noir produced from a single parcel in the Côte de Beaune on clay-limestone soils. It’s aged 30 months on lees, riddled by hand, unfixed and unfiltered. Very delicate, it chows complexity of the terroir and brings aromas of white peach, toast and lemon zest with mineral notes, harmonious and smooth.
