Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, with vineyards spanning both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate is now led by Grégory Georger, who continues the family tradition with meticulous care. The winery remains dedicated to the traditional Méthode Champenoise, employing hand-harvesting, gentle pressing, and fermentation, as well as hand-riddling to ensure the highest quality. About wine: Origines **Brut is a unique Crémant de Bourgogne made with whole cluster pneumatic pressing and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This unfined and unfiltered wine rests on its lees for about 36 months and is riddled by hand. Disgorged at least 60 days before shipment, Origines Brut offers delicate bubbles and vibrant flavors of yellow apple, citrus, and toasted brioche.
