About producer: Parigot & Richard has been a prominent producer of Crémant de Bourgogne for five generations, specializing exclusively in these exquisite sparkling wines. Situated in Savigny-lès-Beaune, with vineyards spanning both the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune, the estate is now led by Grégory Georger, who continues the family tradition with meticulous care. The winery remains dedicated to the traditional Méthode Champenoise, employing hand-harvesting, gentle pressing, and fermentation, as well as hand-riddling to ensure the highest quality. Parigot & Richard’s commitment to these time-honored techniques results in Crémants that are refined, elegant, and distinctly reflective of their Burgundy origins.
About wine: Grégory calls this wine an ode to slowness. The pairing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from old vines gives incredible complexity and freshness. Take your time with this wine, give yourself the opportunity to savour and taste its depth. Only released in the best years and aged for 36 months on the lees.
