Étienne's wines express the unique terroir, highlighting Chardonnay's elegance. Committed to sustainable practices, he implemented organic farming methods, achieving certification for all parcels by 2021. His experience at major Champagne houses informed his approach, blending rigorous quality control with personal touches inspired by fellow young vignerons. At Calsac, each parcel is vinified separately, with some wines barrel-aged.
