Benoit Dehu is the eight generation in his family estate. After a fruitful stint at Bollinger, he returned home with a vision of natural viticulture and a passion for Pinot Meunier.

Vallée de la Marne, Fossoy. Benoît works with a total vineyard area of about 5 hectares. The size of the first single vineyard named La Rue De Noyers is only 1,7 hectares.

Benoît focused on a high quality grape representing the fundamental base of his work, allowing nature to do its course and interpreting the results in a personal way.
The style of Benoît’s Champagne is intense, energetic, with a mineral fineness and a seducing aroma of white flowers. Even if his production is limited, his Champagnes are conquering lovers’ palates.
